Guidelines for Completing the Business Visit Visa Application Form

Attach a GCC residence permit if the applicant is arriving from GCC countries: Please attach a copy of the residence permit for Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, or Oman if the applicant resides in one of the GCC countries, and their visa application will be submitted there for visa stamping at the Saudi Embassy/Consulate.

Employer Name / Company Name: Please mention legal name of the organization or company that employs the applicant. If the applicant will be working for a new employer, please specify the name of that company. If a company will sponsor your employment, please provide the name of the sponsoring company.

Company Activities Summary: The "Company Activities Summary" section requires a brief description of the primary business operations and activities of the company. Please specify the key products or services offered by the company.

Applicant's Job Title: The "Applicant's Job Title" section requires you to provide the position held by the applicant within the company. Examples of appropriate job titles include Consultant, Marketing Manager, Director, Commercial Manager, Principal Manager, Executive Manager, or any other title that accurately represents your role.

Applicant's Religion: Applicant's Religion" refers to the religious affiliation of the individual applying. Please specify whether the applicant identifies as Muslim, Non-Muslim, or Other.

Specify the Location for Visa Issuance: Indicate the city of consulate or Saudi embassy where the visa will be issued. This is typically the place where the applicant will submit their visa application and where the visa will be processed and granted. For example: London, UK; Washington DC, USA; Paris, France; Delhi, India; Rome, Italy, etc.

Number of Entries: Single Entry Visa or Multiple Entry Visa: "Number of Entries: Single Entry Visa or Multiple Entry Visa " refers to the type of visa entry permitted.

Single Entry Visa allows the visa holder to enter Saudi Arabia only once. After leaving the country, the visa becomes invalid, regardless of whether the allowed duration has been fully used.

Multiple Entries Visa allows the visa holder to enter and exit Saudi Arabia multiple times within the validity period of the visa. This is beneficial for individuals who need to travel frequently for business purposes.

Indicate the Visa Validity Period:
1. Single Entry Visa: Valid for 90 Days with a 30-Day Stay Period - Single entry visa holders can stay in Saudi Arabia for up to 30 days from their entry date, even if the visa itself is valid for 90 days. The 90-day validity period means the visa must be used within 90 days of issuance or approval from the Embassy.

2. Multiple Entry Visa: Valid for 1 Year with a 90-Day Stay Period –The one-year multiple entry visa is valid for one year from the date of stamping, not from the date of entry. The Visa holders can stay in Saudi Arabia for up to 90 days per entry. They must leave the Kingdom before their stay period expires. Re-entry is permitted with the same visa if it remains valid.

3. Certain Countries, such as the United States and the United Kingdom, Are Eligible for Multiple Entry Visas Valid for Two to Five Years. These visas can be used within the specified validity period, allowing holders to stay in Saudi Arabia according to the duration stated on the visa. Only U.S. citizens are permitted to stay in Saudi Arabia for up to six months, while citizens of other countries are limited to a 90-day stay per trip.
